Whatever fields the project involves, whether real estate, infrastructure, tech development etc. the life cycle of any project is similar. Our team plans and manages all phases of the project:

• Concept and initiation
• At the concept stage we meet with the client to define the broad outlines of the project, often this phase includes a feasibility study and due diligence to ascertain the projects viability. At this stage we concentrate on the broad picture and produce an initiation document outlining the general principle and requirements of the project.
• Project planning
• Our team develops a plan for the project that acts as the roadmap for everyone involved. During this phase we'll set project goals, criteria for measuring performance as well as progress and success/failure, project timeframe, costing, resource supply, team responsibilities. This phase defines the projects' parameters and the tools used to ensure that it remains on track, these include the work breakdown schedule (WBS), project milestones, Gannt charts, and a risk management plan, among others.
• Project execution
• The project execution stage is where the actual work in the field takes place, this phase includes team development, resource assignment, project management plan execution, procurement, status meetings and resulting modifications if necessary.
• Performance monitoring
• At this stage, which occurs in parallel with the previous stage, we measure the progress and performance of the project and ensure that the project is on track and keeping within it's time scale and the defined budget.
• Project closure
• At this stage we are responsible to wind down the project, terminate contracts with contractors, hold evaluation meetings identify successes and failures in the project's process to learn and improve for future projects, draw up a comprehensive project report and to collate and archive all the projects' documentation for future reference.
